It all started in Douarnenez ! This is where this enthusiasm for old boats started in 1988. This capital of maritime heritage also boasts a boat museum with floating exhibits unique in Europe. With its fleet, its fishing port and its canning factories, Douarnenez definitely lives by and for the sea.
With the assistance of 1,500 volunteers, everything will be done to make Douarnenez'96 an unforgettable event.
