The salad plant has a capacity of 8.000 tonnes that will be increased up to 12.000 tonnes in March 1997. Built on a new concept of hygienic plant in order to fight any form of bacteriological contamination, it is also an ecological plant for both waste water and packaging are recycled.
The Charcuterie plant has a capacity of 8.000 tonnes and is physically separated into two areas, raw and uncooked, to eliminate any risk of contamination. It is also flexible in order to adapt to our multiple products and the season they are in demand.
The ultra-modern dispatch unit measuring 3.800 m2 can handle over 4.000 packages an hour.
The processing of orders is fully automated.
