In 1994 the town library published a brochure entitled Les Livres de Max which is an index of the poet’s legacy (original editions, reviews, personal documents…). |
That index also refers to the latest purchases of the library : the manuscripts of Terrain Bouchaballe and of the Poèmes de Morven le Gaëlique, letters, books illustrated by Picasso, Derain and Juan Gris. |

As regards the years after 1994, the library can be contacted for any enquiry concerning other purchases. The town librarians want the library to remain both a place of preservation and a means of helping searchers and readers from all over the world to know that important 20th century writer. |
